Buy seats from any plan tier. Each seat contributes its resources (AI actions, template creates, numbering operations) into a single shared pool. Your entire team draws from this pool regardless of which seat type they're assigned to.
Can I combine Starter and Professional seats?
Yes. For example, you could buy 5 Starter seats (250,000 AI actions) and 2 Professional seats (200,000 AI actions) for a total shared pool of 450,000 AI actions per month.
What counts as an AI action?
An AI action is any operation that uses AI processing: editing a document, answering a question, running compliance checks, or generating content from templates. Simple operations like viewing documents don't count.
What happens if we exceed our shared pool?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% usage. You can add more seats to increase the pool, add individual actions at $0.01 per action, or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited usage.
Can I change seat types or quantities?
Yes, you can add, remove, or change seat types at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
